Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All items from Instant Gallery are unique and custom-printed strictly made-to-order just for you. Therefore, order cancellations, exchanges, and returns are not permitted once production has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, simple changes of mind, or mistakes regarding material or size selection.
Color Variations
Please note that slight color differences between your screen's display and the actual printed product are normal. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects or valid grounds for a return.
Image Cropping & Aspect Ratios
Depending on the specific material and size you select, slight variations in the cropping of the artwork may occur to perfectly fit the dimensions. Please note that these minor adjustments are a standard part of the printing process to ensure the best composition for your chosen size, and they do not constitute a defect or grounds for a return.
Shipping Responsibilities for Authorized Exceptions
In the rare event that an exchange or return is exceptionally authorized by us, the buyer is fully responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@instantgallery.co within 7 days of product delivery.
To successfully process a free replacement, you must provide clear photos of both the damaged item AND the original packaging.
Please note: We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items damaged by the customer, including but not limited to accidents during unpacking (e.g., cuts from scissors/knives), mishandling, or improper installation.
Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery
Instant Gallery is responsible for your order until it reaches your provided shipping address. However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the courier has marked them as "Delivered." Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local courier service directly.
Notice for EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, Instant Gallery reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion for any made-to-order items.
