· For products made to order, order cancellations, exchanges, and returns are not permitted after production is complete.

· Exchanges/returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

· Please be sure to include a reason for exchange/return requests.

· Color differences between the screen and the actual product are not considered defects or grounds for return.

· For exchanges/returns due to a simple change of mind, the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

· For exchanges due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping costs will be charged separately and borne by the buyer.

· For returns due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase (payment) amount and refunded.

· Please be careful when using a courier service other than our designated one.

· If there is a difference in shipping costs, the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs.

· We are not responsible for any loss, damage, etc.

· If you change your mind and exchange or return the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (including size exchanges).

Cases in which exchanges and returns are not possible.

· If an exchange/return request is not received within 14 days of receiving the product.

· If the product has been installed or used.

· If the internal/external packaging is lost.

· If the provided free gift has been used, lost, or is missing.

· If the cancellation of a purchase falls under the Consumer Protection Act in E-commerce, etc.
